PropManager ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide directly and data generated through your use of the Service:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a securely salted hash).
  • Property & lease data: property details, lease terms, payment records, and maintenance requests you create.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — used to improve the Service.
  • Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To send transactional emails (password resets, payment reminders, notifications).
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • Our hosting provider — application and MySQL database hosting.
  • Postmark — delivery of transactional emails (verification and password resets).
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.

All providers are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
