Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

PropManager is a property management platform intended for landlords, property managers, and tenants operating within the United Arab Emirates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant PropManager a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Using the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud others.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
